At Swim Stroke Doctor LLC., we stand behind the quality of our aquatic video systems. Every component undergoes rigorous pressure testing and operational checks before leaving our facility to ensure peak performance upon arrival.

Quality Assurance & Shipping

Before packaging and shipping, all cameras are pressure tested and all electronic components are verified for accurate operation. Please Note: Swim Stroke Doctor LLC. holds no responsibility for damage incurred during delivery.

Shipping Claim Protocol: If your system arrives in damaged packaging, you must contact the freight company responsible for the shipment immediately to initiate a claim.

Standard Limited Warranty

Swim Stroke Doctor, LLC warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one (1) year from the original date of delivery.

Coverage & Obligations

Our sole obligation during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable component at our discretion. This warranty is strictly conditioned upon the proper use of the product as outlined in the user manuals.

Important Liability Exclusions

User Errors: Because of possible user resealing errors, this product is NOT warranted against water housing leakage or resulting damage.
Wear & Tear: Damage resulting from accidents, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic issues (scratches/dents) is not covered.
Incidental Damage: Swim Stroke Doctor assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, or loss related to the use of this product.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

The following conditions will void the Standard Limited Warranty:

Misuse, abnormal use, or neglect.
Improper storage or exposure to extreme weather.
Unusual physical, electrical, or electromechanical stress.
Removal or alteration of serial numbers.
Use of unauthorized 3rd-party accessories or chargers.

Improper testing, maintenance, or installation.
Unauthorized software modifications (rooting).
External causes (collision, fire, flooding, lightning).
Cellular signal interference or software viruses.
Battery capacity above 60% of rated capacity.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER: ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. SWIM STROKE DOCTOR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS. TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SWIM STROKE DOCTOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF REVENUE OR PROFIT OR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE USE OF OR INOPERABILITY OF THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT WILL SWIM STROKE DOCTOR’S LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT.
