Stroke Technical Sheets (TS): 
We have developed technical stroke sheets for each of the four swimming strokes based on the drawings by Cecil Colwin from his book “Swimming Dynamics,” which are used with permission. These are combined with a written checklist of stroke components based on his drawings.
