Dan Lynch is an accomplished senior executive and a pillar of the Illinois swimming community. With over four decades of experience in marketing and product development, Dan’s deep technical knowledge of the sport inspired him to create a superior way for swimmers to improve their efficiency in the water.
As a veteran official for USA Swimming and the NCAA, Dan understands the nuances of competitive stroke mechanics from the highest levels of the sport. His expertise ensures that every technical correction is compliant with the latest standards set by World Aquatics.

Dan is a passionate advocate for inclusion and disability awareness—values that are deeply reflected in the supportive, individualized coaching provided at Swim Stroke Doctor. This holistic approach ensures every athlete feels empowered to succeed.
Furthering this commitment, Dan was one of the initial setup founders of Disability Rights Now, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for equality and accessibility.

Beyond his work in the pool and advocacy, Dan serves as the creative director at Daniel Lynch Celtic, where he designs traditional Irish and Scottish products. His eye for detail and design mirrors the precision required for high-level technical coaching.
