Swim Testing 2022

Thank you for your interest in our swimming video testing!

The Swim Stroke Doctor video testing experience is intensive and packed with valuable learnings for athletes. We only have one goal: helping your swimmer achieve their best human performance.

How It Works

Our swim video testing is a teaching system, a technical process, and method. We film the athlete swim, review the video, determine what adjustments to the stroke need to be made, and save the video as a future reference point.

Swimmers:
Arrive at pool dressed in swim gear 15 min prior to the session start time.

Equipment Required:
Swimmers bring towels, goggles, swim cap, and nose clip if applicable. We provide a 100% silicone swim cap during the session for head position awareness.

Important Information:

  • Come ready to swim.
  • No deck changing.
  • We do not allow parents or other coaches in the testing session this is to keep the athlete focused on the video analysis.
  • Leave all valuables at home. Swim Stroke Doctor is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
